STEP 1: Remove upper and lower cover panels  STEP 2: When cover panels removed place small heater on low setting to defrost refrigerator quicker  |

STEP 3: Remove back cover and empty the tray if there is water. If there is no water wait longer to make sure pipes are not clogged with ice
